Home Style Co were thrilled to style 25 Le Hunte Avenue Prospect, for Alistair Loudon of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate.

The newly renovated home first features an eastern facing grand entry for a sense of privacy, along with immaculate herringbone style timber flooring. Two bedrooms are first seen, followed by a cosy lounge area that could dual as a fourth bedroom or study. The master bedroom expands into a spacious walk in robe and ensuite. Following down the main hallway of the home, an in-built bar with wall hanging wine racks can be spotted.

All leading to the light filled and spacious kitchen, dining, and main living area. A curved white island bench with a feature marble splashback creates a fresh and inviting kitchen space. The eight seater dining and living zone all overlooks the pool and outdoor entertaining area through floor to ceiling glass windows.

 

The bathrooms at Le Hunte Avenue were an impressive feature of the property.

Showcasing stunning terrazzo tiling, marble bench tops and warm oak cabinetry made an excellent pairing.

The fluted bath and gold tapware was the finishing touch in making the dreamy bathroom.

 

The styling was installed by our interior stylists Olivia and Amy I, with the intention on keeping the styling minimal and fresh. Olivia had a set vision for the furniture selections and colour palettes for the property keeping in theme with the herringbone style seen throughout and creating a modern feel.

Newly designed bedheads were made a feature in the bedrooms, showcasing on trend colours and patterns.

 

A favourite aspect of the styling was the design of the main living coffee table accessory arrangements.

Having been inspired by a high end layered look, a mixture of on theme coffee table books, fresh greenery creating height, and vignette topper objects were carefully curated to create the final look.
