  • Property Styling is different to Interior Design.
    When you engage us you are enlisting professional stylists who are knowledgeable and experienced in real estate, and know how to bring out a properties full potential for a maximum sale price. Joanne and Amy take pride in guiding home owners through the process and take the time to really get to know you, what you are wanting to achieve with your property sale, and your unique home.

  • Price is dependent on the property size, and number of living and bedroom spaces. It also varies on whether it is a full or shared styling.

    The crucial point to remember with property styling, is the return on your investment. A styled property can mean the difference between a quick and effective sale, and a listing that potential buyers scroll past online. Our prices includes the cost of selections, packing, installation, styling, and removalists.

  • 5-6 weeks is the standard time frame and allows for 1 week for photography and campaign launch. Longer campaigns are available upon request.

  • We bring together a cohesive design based on the style and spatial aspects of your property, and what will best showcase its best qualities to speak to the target market. We own all of our furniture, giving us the ability to have full quality and aesthetic control over our stock.

  • Yes, we do offer shared styling services where we can incorporate your furniture into the overall look for the home.

  • As we are professional stylists we kindly ask trust is placed in our extensive knowledge of the market, current trends, and your potential buyers, to allow us to take care of the selection of all furniture and styling items. However, if you have specific requests please let your stylists know and we can see where we can accomodate.

  • Unfortunately not. Once a property has been advertised to the market, the majority of our job is complete. The fee is for selections and labour. This only means we will collect the styling sooner.

  • We would recommend at least 2-3 weeks between quoting and installation.

  • We service right across Adelaide’s inner suburbs and CBD, we have also styled properties in the Adelaide Hills as far as Bull Creek and Mt Barker.

    We are booked solidly especially during peak times so schedule your free consult sooner rather than later.

  • Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to sell furniture from our warehouse stock as these are in rotation for our stylings.

    However, we do organise warehouse sales once or twice yearly, so make sure to follow us on social media to learn of an event date!
