How long have you been at Home Style Co Olivia?
Ive been apart of Home Style Co for just over 2 and a half years now!
What do you remember about starting out?
At my first ever styling in Torrens Park, there was wet paint on the entry stairs and I accidentally stepped in the paint and my shoes were covered! I was feeling very nervous, I didn’t know what I was doing, and was overthinking everything.
In the end though the styling turned out great and I enjoyed it, and knew I wanted to came back for day 2!
Do you have a favourite bedroom you have styled?
I do! I remember it was at a villa on Grove Street in Unley Park. It was a really upmarket house and I created this bedroom with blue and black tones. It was a ‘moment’ for me.
Can you name a styling you are really proud of?
176 Fisher Street Malvern for sure! I thoroughly enjoyed styling that one from start to finish. I felt it was one of our best moments at Home Style Co and was super proud of the results.
Do you have a favourite piece of Home Style Co stock?
My favourite piece would have to be what we call the leather ‘sausage’ chairs. Its exactly my interior style and vibe, I love to include them in stylings.
Do you have a favourite design trend?
I really love eclectic gallery walls, I get super excited when I see these in style briefing photos, and seeing them in person then going back to the warehouse and matching this vibe with our styling.
Finally, what’s on your wishlist right now?
I have a few im keeping my eye on! One of my favourites is the Globe West Ethnicraft Slouch 2 Seater Sofa. I am also in love with the Willow Curve Buffet from Globe West.
