The team at Home Style Co were excited to have the opportunity to style 350 Glynburn road, Kensington Gardens ready for sale for Marie Brus of LJ Hooker Real Estate.

The newly built modern masterpiece with three living areas and four bedrooms meets on the corner of the Norwood Parade, conveniently located to retail shopping and restaurants.

Entering the home from Glynburn road, the front formal lounge was styled with pops of colour for a warm and inviting greeting. Our feature art pieces were included to stand out in the space and inspire colour in layering and accessories.

The large master bedroom featured our new stunning bedhead to create visual impact and personality.

Following through the main hallway into the spacious casual lounge, dining, and kitchen area, our styling was focussed on creating a calm feel with the use of lighter layering and accessories, yet still incorporating the surrounding black accents of the home.

Our favourite Black Mango Salsa Rattan and Bentwood dining chairs in black were a main element of the casual living area.

The rattan brings warmth to the space, keeping modern interiors from looking cold.

Our Blue Mountains art piece from Middle of Nowhere inspired by the Australian landscape, also tied in the entire space bringing pops of green.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors open up to both northern and southern sides of the property, including airy entertaining areas large enough for casual and formal entertaining.

Upstairs holds the third living area and also includes a private balcony - a perfect space for teenagers to host friends.
Two double bedrooms and a queen all overlook the quiet parade. Upstairs the styling had a more casual feel with warmer tones and relaxed furniture pieces.
