Strong timbers and blacks were spread throughout the property to highlight its existing main features of timer floorboards and black window frames.  Soft introductions of colour in art and layering were also purposely chosen to keep the space feeling calm and inviting. 

The property was a hit online and sold prior to auction for a whopping 3 million.
